Information we collect
When you use our contact form, book a consultation, or email us directly, we collect what you choose to share — typically your name, a phone number or email address, and a short description of your matter.
Our website also uses a single functional cookie to remember your preferred language (English or Farsi) between visits. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry, assess whether we can act for you, and — if you become a client — to open and manage your file.
We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry doesn't become a retainer, we keep your contact details only as long as needed to follow up, then delete them. Client files are retained in line with the Law Society of Ontario's record-keeping requirements.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it — subject to any professional obligations we have to keep client records.
To make a request, contact us using the details below.
Security
We take reasonable technical and administrative precautions to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending highly sensitive details until we've confirmed we can act for you.
