Where they meet

A separation can put your status at risk. A sponsorship can collapse mid-application. Most firms hand you to a second lawyer at exactly that moment — we don't.

How it works

You will always know what happens next.

01

Talk to us

Thirty minutes, free, in the language you prefer. Tell us the situation — we'll tell you honestly whether you need a lawyer at all.

02

A written plan

Before any money changes hands you receive the strategy, the timeline, and a flat fee where possible — in both languages.

03

We do the work

Filings, correspondence, and hearings handled by us. You get an update at every stage, whether or not there is news.

Counsel

Nasrin Shirazi

“I arrived here at nineteen with a file I couldn't read. Nobody should have to argue for their own family in a second language.”

Called to the bar in Ontario, with fifteen years spent almost entirely on immigration and family files for Persian-speaking clients. Appears before the IRB, the Federal Court, and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

In their words

Clients who've been through it.

They explained every letter from IRCC before I even had to ask. I never once felt like a file number.

Spousal sponsorship client, approved 2025

Told us honestly on the first call that we didn't need a lawyer yet — saved us months of worry and a fee we didn't need to pay.

Family law client

The only office that could talk about my refugee claim and my divorce in the same meeting, in Farsi.

Questions

Before you reach out.

How much does this cost?

The first 30 minutes are always free, in English or Farsi. After that, we give you a flat fee up front wherever the type of case allows it — you'll know the number before you commit to anything.

How long does an immigration or family case take?

It depends on the file — a straightforward sponsorship can move in months, a contested family matter or an appeal can take longer. On our first call we'll give you an honest, case-specific timeline, not a generic estimate.

What if my immigration status isn't fully in order?

Come talk to us anyway. Everything you tell us is protected by solicitor–client privilege, and our job is to find the best path forward for your situation — not to judge how you got here.

Do I need to speak English well to work with you?

No. Every stage of your case — the intake call, the strategy, the paperwork — can be done in Farsi or Dari as well as English.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

A lawyer — not an intake form — reads it and replies within one business day. If you flag it as urgent, we move it up.

Can you handle both my immigration and family matters together?

Yes — that overlap is exactly why the firm exists. One team, one file, no hand-off to a second lawyer at the moment it matters most.

Get in touch

Tell us what's happening.

Every enquiry is read by a lawyer, not an intake form. We reply within one business day — and if your matter is urgent, say so and we'll move it up.

Whichever you'd rather we used.

Write in English or Farsi — whichever is easier. Both are read by a lawyer.

Sending this message does not create a solicitor–client relationship. Please don't include confidential details until we've confirmed we can act for you.
